World class coaches apply for South Africa coaching job

The South African Football Association (SAFA) have announced some of the tacticians, who have applied for the Bafana Bafana coaching job.

SAFA are looking for a coach, who will replace Ephraim 'Shakes' Mashaba. The experienced tactician was fired by SAFA last December.

Italian tactician Roberto Mancini, a former Manchester City, Galatasaray and Inter Milan head coach, is said to have applied for the job.

While Belgian tactician Hugo Broos, who recently guided Cameroon to the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) title, is also keen on to take charge of Bafana.

SAFA have already indicated that they are hoping to announce the new Bafana head coach by the end of February.

Bafana are set to participate in the 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers and 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers later this year.
