With reports that Mamelodi Sundowns winger Keagan Dolly has turned down Egyptian side Al Ahly, French club Montpellier have shown interest in him
New information involving Dolly is that he is wanted by Montpellier in the French Ligue1.
Local media reports indicate that the French side has joined the race for the former Ajax Cape Town winger's signature.
It is reported that the South African U-23 captain has attracted interest from overseas after helping Sundowns win the league and Telkom Knockout last season.
On top of their achievements, the Tshwane side also fought hard to claim their first CAF Champions League trophy in October.
"There is huge interest in Greece and France," says a source to KickOff.com.
"Montpellier is also now in the picture."
Meanwhile, it is reported that Dolly has expressed his desire to move overseas when the transfer window opens next month, but he is currently locked in a contractual dispute with the Brazilians over his buyout clause.
The PSL's Dispute Resolution Chamber is expected to make a ruling on the matter in the second week of January.
